The product that I ordered came with a fault, what can I do?
We are sorry to hear this!
- Your statutory rights are, of course, not affected, and in the unlikely event that an item is defective or is not as specified in your order acknowledgement, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and include a photo and description of the fault along with your order number. We will inspect the issue and will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund, at your option.
- If you have had the item for over 14 days we will look into this for you.
My product has developed a fault, what can I do?
We are sorry to hear this! We offer a year of manufacturing warranty on our products. Please send us the faulty product pictures to info@paguroupcycle.com along with your order number or the email address used when placing the order. Depending on the fault and when you bought your product, we will either offer a repair or a replacement. If you need any spare parts please let us know and we can send them to you.
- Please note that we're unable to offer a repair, replacement or refund for items that you have no longer in warranty period.
- Items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
